The London Obstetrics & Gynaecology Training Programme has confirmed that the application window for Out of Programme (OOP) placements is now open.
- Application window: 15–28 September 2025
- Start date: 7 April 2026 (aligned with training rotation dates)
- Eligibility: OOP applications must be agreed with your TPD before submission. Year 1 and Year 7 trainees are not normally eligible.
All applications should include:
- OOP/Acting up signatory form
- SuppoRTT Pre-absence form
- Covering letter and CV (including exam status)
- Job description + timetable
- Post interview date and outcome.
Additional requirements apply to research (OOPR) and training (OOPT) applications.
