Introduction to the NHS
Join our flagship course and add a competitive edge to your medical CV. This course is aimed at non-Consultant hospital doctors, also known as junior doctors. We follow good practice in adult learning and use trained instructors who are active NHS clinicians. Among others, you will learn about:
The NHS workplace
Roles, responsibilities and chains of accountability
Ethics, professionalism and Good Medical Practice
Patient management workflows during day and night

Improving MSRA and SJT results
To enter the NHS as a Core Trainee, ST1 or GP Trainee Doctor in the UK relies, you will likely have to sit the MSRA (Multi-Specialty Recruitment Assessment). The very similar SJT (Situational Judgement Test) is used for selection into Foundation Standalone Year 2 posts. Join our course to improve your performance. We focus on the fundamentals, so that you can survive whatever question you come across. UKmed does not use commercially available question banks.
